Senior Software Developer - Lifecycle Management
Location：Beijing 

Job Description：
Jointly working with Rational and Research to focus on understanding the software quality management issues and challenges in today''s large scale environment and defining the solutions across product lines, may include Rational, WebSphere and Tivoli. The team will focus on developing a set of tools to fill in the holes of quality management in an end to end software development cycle, and enhancing the current Rational test tools for Functional and Performance test, so that an integrated Rational quality management solution will be in place to help customer better running their business on WebSphere platform. 

Qualifications：
Master or above in Computer Science preferred. 
IBM Certificates preferred. 
Desired Experience Understanding to the middleware concept and have strong development background on J2EE technology, WebSphere hands-on experience is a plus. 
Familiar with Eclipse development model with corresponding hands-on development experiences. 
Familiar with industry popular development methodology like RUP, Agile,etc. 
Understand the trend of SOA. 
Experience of using Rational and Mercury test tools is a plus. 
Experience of WebSphere customers support or service is a plus(customer facing skills).
